The Southern Breeze Band, one of the oldest
and most well-known dance bands from
Liberty County, has been performing in
Southeast Texas and the Hill Country since
the band was formed in 1983.  Although some
of the original members have moved on
through the years, the group still has in its membership the four necessary pieces that
make up a solid Texas Dance Hall band: lead guitar, bass guitar, fiddle and drums. These pieces, combined with excellent vocals and harmonies, are the trademark of
The Southern Breeze Band.

At their performances, not only will you hear classic dance tunes made famous by country icons such as Ray Price, Bob Wills and
Johnny Bush, but you will also be entertained
by talented musicians who have a combined
150 years in the music business.  The Southern Breeze Band doesn't just play old favorites either. You can expect to hear them perform tunes made popular by George Strait, Garth Brooks and Alan Jackson ... and you never know... they might throw in some good
Southern Rock and Texas Music to really get
your feet stomping!  From time to time you
will see different musicians get up and play with the band.  Every instrument adds to the already fantastic dance band.  The other instruments
may be a saxophone, steel guitar or maybe
even a keyboard player.
